Processing Time
All products will be processed and shipped within 10 days however we will endeavour to products shipped to you sooner.
Shipping Policy
All items are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail, untracked. We can arrange for tracked delivery on request, additional fees to be covered by the buyer, please contact us in advance if you wish to have this service. Unfortunately we don't currently offer International Shipping, if you would like us to ship overseas for you please contact us and we can look into this accordingly. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the postal service.
Items are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with our shops logo and sent in a Do Not Bend envelope or boxed with padded packaging.
Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations, but please do contact us if you have any problems with your order. If you wish to add items to your order this can be arranged if you contact us, however if your order has been packaged we are unable to assist.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, or if you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a refund or exchange. Buyers will be responsible for return postage costs. Returned items must be sent back within 21 days of delivery in their original condition.
We also cannot accept returns for personalised products due to the nature of the item, unless they arrive faulty. We do not accept returns or refunds for Alcohol Ink Paintings that are not identical to the sample image as each item is unique, unless the painting arrives faulty.
